Great Nutrition

Better Nutrition for your Family

Every parent wants to give their child the best opportunity to thrive. Healthy nutrition is one of the most important ways to equip a child for life. When your children eat well, they can develop and perform to their full potential.

Nutrition for children aged 4-13

When your child is 4 to 13 years old, it’s crucial that they get the right nutrition for healthy development of their brains, bones and muscles while they grow. It’s the perfect time to ingrain good eating habits to last them a lifetime.

Nutrition for teenagers aged 14-18

Teens are often more independent with their eating choices, with a greater proportion of their diet being consumed out of home. They can be reluctant to eat what’s prepared for them, instead opting for snacks, junk food and high-sugar choices.

The challenge of having a fussy eater

Most families have at least one challenged eater – someone who refuses to eat part of the common diet in that family. Habits can range from refusing specific foods at dinner time all the way to a condition known as Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), which can have a severe impact on their health and well-being.
