A yummy and filling avocado milkshake that promises to leave you satisfied all the time.
1 whole avocado (ripe, scooped, depending on the size)
1.5 cups low fat milk (or Whole milk)
4 tbsps sugar
4 tbsp Zeapure Vitascoop Multivitamin Milk Powder (Vanilla)
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1. Scoop or spoon out a ripe avocado in a mixer. Make sure that the avocado is soft from outside. If you use an avocado that is hard, your milkshake will taste bitter.
2. Add milk, sugar, Vitascoop milk powder and blend it all together.
3. Lastly add the ice cream and blend it well.
4. Serve Immediately.
