1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup cashews (must be unsalted, can be roasted or raw)
1 tbsp Zeapure Vitascoop Kids Multivitamin Milk Powder (Vanilla)
2.5 cups milk or dairy alternative
1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend it.
2. Drink immediately or keep it in the fridge for up to 12 hours (you will need to shake it up before you drink it though).
